Common Questions

How does this work?
Request the services you will need. Expect an email and phone call confirming your request within 24 hours. Same day service please call 843-513-3589. Payment process will be same day of service for dog walks and drop in visits at the end of service. Sitting and Boarding service will be charged a 50% fee that is applied to your full balance at the end of service.
I work from home. Will I be disturbed?
No. Pet Kidz will not disturb anyone home at the time of the walker arrives. There is no need for walkers to speak with anyone home at the time of service unless requested by the owner as our priority is your pet.
Will my dog be off-leash?
All petz are required to walk on a leash. Any dog that pulls during service to better assit the walker will be put on a harness supplied by Pet Kidz to avoid collars from choking pet during walks. We ask that if your pet have any triggers during walks we be informed prior to service.
Do you pick up their poop?
Pet Kidz clean up after your pet during each walk. Bags are supplied by pet kidz. Any pet who has residue of any sort will be cleaned as well. On rainy days if your pet do not have a rain coat pet kidz will towel dry before leaving your pet in the home after walk. All pets paws are cleaned after every walk.
Do you train dogs?
Pet Kidz is certified in dog training. All ages and breeds (including aggresive breeds) can be trained. Speak with a consultant to get more information today.
What information do I need to supply?
All owners will be required to provide proof of rabies before any service. If tranport is required to vetanarian to receive rabies shot there will be an additional $10 charge for the safety of our walkers. Your pet will be separated for 48-72 hours after shot is given if your pet will be boarding or in need of daycare service to protect the safety of all other pets and staff.
How is payment handled?
A debit or credit card will be required to place on your pet profile to hold your requested service. All cash paymets are to be paid before each service. All charges are subject to taxes and fees.

Are you insured?
All Pet Kidz dog walkers are insured for minor dog bites and scratches do to jumping. Pet Kidz offer an additional coverage for pet owners who have aggressive breeds for severe injuries. Please call today to receive a quote.
